Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid listings, sponsored placements, and promotional services purchased through Bandloc.

1. General Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. No Refunds for Performance Outcomes

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Low attendance or ticket sales
  • Event cancellations by the organizer
  • Weather conditions
  • Audience turnout or engagement

3. Technical Errors

If a paid listing fails to appear due to a verified technical error caused solely by Bandloc, Bandloc may, at its discretion, issue a refund or provide equivalent promotional credit.

4. Violations

No refunds will be issued for listings removed due to violations of our Terms, Paid Listing Agreement, or applicable laws.

5. Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include sufficient detail for review.

6. Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Governing Law

Florida law governs this Policy.
