Parking Detail: Parking lots open two hours prior to the scheduled gate time. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking. Please enter via US-301 or MLK Blvd for general parking. Please note: Parking is sold separately from your concert ticket. You will need to purchase a parking pass if you plan to park at the venue, parking can be purchased online in advance. Accessible Parking: Upon arrival through the Orient Road Entrance on event day, inform staff you need accessible parking. A visible state-issued plate or placard is required to use an accessible parking spot. Guests needing assistance who do not have a placard will need to use MLK or 301 Lot entrances and use general parking. Accessible parking is subject to availability and first-come, first-served. MIDFLORIDA honors any state-issued accessible parking placard for a vehicle that fits in a 9’x18′ parking space without impeding the people on either side of your vehicle. Oversized vehicles (e.g. stretch limos, RVs, buses, etc.) with a disable parking placard will not be allowed to park in an accessible parking space. To ensure you can park as close as possible, we recommend arriving when the parking gates open. Please note: Parking is sold separately from concert tickets. Accessible Seating Detail: Accessible tickets can be purchased online via https://www.midfloridaamp.com/ You do not need to call the Box Office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website. Click on Filters button in the top right corner of your screen, then scroll to the bottom of the sidebar. After that click the slide toggle to Show accessible tickets then choose which options best suit your needs. Then click Apply Filters. Once complete all accessible options that you chose will be viewable. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase tickets.

Clear bag policy: To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12 in x 6 in x 12 in and/or small clutch bags (6 in x 9 in). To reduce contact with customer belongings Outside Lawn Chairs are no longer permitted in this venue. Lawn chairs are available for rent in advance or when you arrive at the lawn. Prices vary per show. Subject to availability. Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought in to venue include, but are not limited to: lawn chairs, weapons of any kind, illegal drugs/substances, umbrellas, glass containers, cans, coolers, laser pointers, professional cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks, drones, animals (except service animals), fireworks. ITEMS ALLOWED IN FACILITY: clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12 in x 6 in x 12 in and/or small clutch bags (6 in x 9 in), ponchos. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not permitted in the pavilion. Smoking is permitted in the lawn and the plaza areas. All events are rain or shine.
Children Rules: Children 2 years old and under will be admitted free to events as long as they sit in the Adult patrons lap and do not utilize an additional seat.
