Bandloc is a live music discovery and promotion platform designed to help users locate live music events and allow bands, venues, and promoters to announce and promote performances.

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate and current information.

4. Event Listings & User Content

By submitting event listings or other content, you represent that you have the right to post it and grant Bandloc a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote it. Event accuracy is the responsibility of the submitter. Bandloc does not guarantee event accuracy, availability, or cancellation status.

5. Advertising, Sponsored Content & Affiliates

Bandloc may display advertisements, sponsored content, and affiliate links. Bandloc is not responsible for third-party products, services, or claims.

6. Acceptable Use

• No false, misleading, or unlawful content
• No unauthorized commercial use
• No interference with Site security or functionality
• No scraping, copying, or republishing Site data without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including branding, layout, text, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Bandloc and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Links

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Mandatory arbitration: Any dispute arising from your use of Bandloc shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

No class actions: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. Class, collective, and representative actions are waived.

Rules and location: Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and shall take place in Florida unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions: Claims related to intellectual property or unauthorized use may be brought in court.
