Event accuracy is the responsibility of the submitter. Bandloc does not guarantee event accuracy, availability, or cancellation status.
Bandloc may display advertisements, sponsored content, and affiliate links. Bandloc is not responsible for third-party products, services, or claims.
All Site content, including branding, layout, text, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Bandloc and protected by intellectual property laws.

Mandatory arbitration: Any dispute arising from your use of Bandloc shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
No class actions: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. Class, collective, and representative actions are waived.
Rules and location: Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and shall take place in Florida unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions: Claims related to intellectual property or unauthorized use may be brought in court.
